7-community homelessness project reports on successes and early findings

Canadian Mental Health Association Applauds Premier's Commitment to Improve Housing and Income for People with Mental Illness and Addiction

The Canadian Mental Health Association, BC Division (CMHA) applauds Premier Campbell's commitment, announced at today's Union of BC Municipalities convention, to address income and housing needs of British Columbians with mental illness and addiction. The commitment included increasing shelter rates for people receiving income assistance and working to ensure more housing and supports are developed.
