Parent Survey Open until July 16 - Have Your Say on Youth Mental Health Services!
If you are the parent or primary caregiver of a 16 to 24 year-old youth with a mental health problem, you can have a voice through a project of the Office of the Representative for Children and Youth.
Using an online survey, this project is gathering information for a public report on mental health services for youth 16 to 18. If your youth is now between the ages of 19 and 24, the survey will ask about your experiences when your child was between the ages of 16 and 18. Learn more:
