2007 - The Elephant in the Room: Mental Illness in the Workplace
The 2007 conference program featured exciting speakers and engaging discussions on the personal and economic costs of mental illness in the workplace - the elephant in the room.
A number of significant milestones were reached in 2007 thanks to our sponsors, our participants and volunteers including more than 300 participants, 36 sponsors, endorsers and patron, 12 exhibitors and national and provincial media coverage.

2006 - Progress Through Partnership
The 2006 Bottom Line Conference demonstrated the potential of "Progress through Partnership" by highlighting how the employee, employer and the employee's union can work together to provide a successful work environment for individuals experiencing or at risk of mental illness and for their employer.
Over 208 participants benefitted from the innovative research, programs and personal stories and personal stories shared by our 29 speakers. The conference also marked the launch of the Mental Health Works in BC, an innovative program to educate workplaces on how to address mental health issues in the workplace through interactive workshops.
